Min mor er endelig hoppet på smartphone-bølgen, og I skal ikke snydes for hendes beskrivelse af processen:
Hej you two,
Michael knows this, but you should both be very proud of me. I have bought lifes first Smart Phone.
My faithfull Nokia phone died yesterday – went to TDC – had 45 minutes to choose, opret and flee as William had to go to the dentists. Vast array of choice – went after colour – there was a nice yellow one that was out of stock – so chose a white one – wasn’t very fussy about make (just as long as it was not Apple and looked pretty). Decision took 3 minutes – assistant said it was the easiest to use – so now am the proud owner of a Samsung Express. Even Thomas is impressed.
So far I have worked out the following.
Can send a message
Am getting better at answering – finding the swiping over difficult – especially when driving and the telephone is in it’s smart cover (protection for when I drop it in a puddle)
Can read e-mails (Thomas sorted that one)
Not too happy with the ringing tone – lots to choose from, but tunes entitled “Sea Breeze, Sparkling Mist, Fairy Fountain and Tribal Summoning” dont really appeal to me. Have chosen “Over the Horizon” at loudest volume – is quite overwhelming – doesnt half make me jump.
Can go on Internet
Can put it on Lydløs – had to slå that one up on the net
How did I live without one.
